Speaker: Gillian WilsonExperienced in managing volunteers for over 20 years in a variety of settings, for the last eight years she has been the Manager of Volunteers at The Alfred Hospital, a major tertiary hospital in Melbourne, Australia. Gillian manages in excess of 160 volunteers spread over 35 departments throughout the hospital. Previously Gillian was a Staff Training Officer, working with staff, within a large institution for adults with an intellectual disability.
