Teenagers and AngerAnger is a healthy emotion that tells us something is wrong but it needs to be dealt with appropriately. It is a normal, natural and healthy reaction to experiencing difficult situations we really don’t like and provides energy for action to change things. It’s not healthy to hold onto anger. If ignored, anger can build up and explode into incidents that can harm and hurt others for a lifetime. This Fast Fact Sheet explores the various types of anger experienced by teenagers.
