Young girls of today face many challenges when it comes to thier body image. Many young women are chasing unrealistic and ultimately unattainable goals of body image perfection. Dissatisfaction with their faces, hair, weight, breast size and body shape is making many of them concerned.This Fast Fact Sheet will address some of these challenges and provides useful strategies to assist young women to be more accepting of who they are and what they stand for.
